Total 221 questionnaires were collected. The period of research was from march 9 to 27, 2009. The statistical methods to analyze the data included frequency distribution, percentile, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson¡¯s correlation analysis. The results of the study are as follows: First, the total job satisfactions of the respondents appeared to be highly with a mean of 3.15. By subarea, they showed the degree of wage (M=3.26), personal relations(M=3.31), working hours(M= 3.00), working environments(M=3.02), job speciality(M=3.38) and workloads(M=2.89). Respondents showed the highest degree of job satisfaction in job speciality. On the other hand, they showed the highest dissatisfaction with workloads. Second, the difference on job satisfaction by 4 variables are as follows. 1) Age : total job satisfaction by age made no significant difference; under 20 years old(M=3.28), 21~25 years old (M=3.10), 26~30 years old(M=3.17) and over 31 years old(M=3.17). 2) Academic level : total job satisfaction by academic level made no significant difference; graduated high school(M=3.29), college(M=3.14), graduated university(M=3.10) and post graduated university(M=3.11). 3) Work years at current job : total job satisfaction by Work years at current job made no significant difference; below 2 years(M=3.16), 2~3 years(M=3.18), 4~5 years(M=3.07), above 6 years(M=3.10). 4) Location : total job satisfaction by location made significant difference; estheticians¡¯ who business quarters(M=3.21) and larger apartment complex(M=3.19) more highly total job satisfaction than smaller apartment complex(M=3.04). By subarea, they made significant difference of personal relations, working hours, working environments, job speciality and workloads. Third, the results of Pearson¡¯s correlation analysis showed all positive relationships among the six areas of job satisfaction. Especially, there were the highest correlations between total job satisfaction and working environments(r=.776, p<.01) and highly between wage and the workloads (r=.513, p<.01).
